🗑️ Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your data from Bantr. Here's how:

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the Bantr app on your device
  2. Tap the menu icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner
  3. Select "Delete My Data"
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

✅ Data is deleted immediately

Option 2: Contact Support (If App is Uninstalled)

If you've already uninstalled the app and want your data removed from our servers:

How long does deletion take?

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 7 business days.

Will I lose my subscription?

No. Your subscription is managed by Google Play and will remain active until cancelled, regardless of data deletion.

Can I get my data back after deletion?

No. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

What if I reinstall the app?

You'll start fresh with a new device ID. Your previous data will not be restored.
